- Choir II attends a Junior Treble Festival hosted by the Bach Children's Chorus
in Toronto
with guest clinician, Jean Ashworth Bartle
- The day includes a workshop, daytime activities, a mass choir rehearsal with other children's choirs, and an evening performance
- Festival location and times to be determined
Thursday, April 8
- Choir I attends a movement workshop with a guest clinician
- Workshop at the Guelph Youth Music Centre from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 20
- All Choirs perform in the Kiwanis Festival at St. George's Anglican Church
- Warm-ups take place at the Guelph Youth Music Centre
- All times to be determined
Tuesday, May 11
- Choir I attends an extended rehearsal from 4:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Rehearsal includes extra movement and drama activities
- Special performance for parents at 5:50 p.m.
- Pizza and ice cream to follow the performance
Thursday, May 13
- Vocal coaching programme recital at the Guelph Youth Music Centre
- Optional for vocal coaching participants
- Rehearsals and performance times to be determined
Tuesday, May 25
- Choirs I and II bring a friend and a treat to rehearsal
from 4:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Rehearsal will finish with a snack
Wednesday, May 26 - Tuesday, June 1
- Cantabile Choir and Chamber Choir visit Whister Children's Chorus as part of a SEVEC exchange
Saturday, June 5
- All choirs perform in the GYS Spring Concert at the River Run Centre
- Dress rehearsal from 9:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Warm-up at 6:00 p.m. and concert at 7:30 p.m.
- Raffle and silent auctions to follow
in the Canada Company Hall
